I am seeking an office position in a stable work environment. As an organized and detail-oriented individual with more than 10 years' experience in administration, I possess strong work ethics, familiar with Microsoft programs and am very effective at managing my time. I am courteous and friendly on the phone and in person, have a great attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.

Most of my experience has been office administration working for various companies such as Texas Instruments, Compaq, Dell, Harris County Risk Management, Texas A&M, Lone Star College and First Texas Bank.

My recent experience has been working for a small construction company as office manager, maintaining all office related responsibilities, setting up files, using various programs for construction material, inventory, payroll, receipts and billing. Other duties included interviewing contractors, job site inspections, interacting with vendors, contractors and customers.
