I'm currently working two days a week (Monday and Thursday) as a Part-Time Assistant for a professional couple and their three children in Tarrytown. I’ve worked for this family for 7 years and they’re happy to give a glowing review. I’m looking for some additional work, 15-30 hours per week.
A little about me. I'm a 40 year old woman, originally from New Zealand, I can legally work in the US.
I live in central east Austin with my dog Hugo. I am an extremely hard worker and take pride in what I do. I have a good head on my shoulders, i'm a master organizer and efficiency is important to me. I have great interpersonal skills (a background in Pharmaceutical Sales) and a friendly demeanor.
I'm open to the scope of work, whether that be professional or personal, I have experience in both. Here are a few things that I could take off your plate, so you can focus on more important things.
- Scheduling
- Organizing of the home and/or office
- General admin duties
- Errands (package and dry cleaning drop off, purchasing and gift purchasing, car cleaning/servicing... I could add so much here)
- Booking and handling all general hired help for the home and/or office
- Food shopping
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Dog walking and vet appointments
- Child care
- School pick ups and taking children to sports practice, games, haircuts, medical appointments etc.
