20 years of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial roof systems.
New Construction, Re-Roofs, Repairs, Inspections.
Experience with the following roof systems:
Asphalt shingles - 3 tabs, dimensional, designer, lifetime type.
Wood shingles (Shake)
TPO (Repairs/New Roof)
EPDM
Hot tar - hot mop, tar, and gravel, modified bitumen
Tile (Clay and concrete)
Metal - standing seam, double-locked, snap locked, R-panel, U-panel, batton-locked
Torch down
Coatings - elastomeric, acrylic, cold process, silicone, aluminum
Built-up Roof Systems
Tapered insulation installation
Dump trailer.
Heavy equipment operation/rental:
Forklifts (Outriggers)
Boom Lifts
Skid Steer
Man Lift
Ladders and the tools necessary to complete work on all roofing systems.
