We are a linen company specializing in wedding decor. We are looking for someone to join our team in the customer service department!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Customer service/customer resolution via phone and via email
-Interfaces with other departments through written and verbal communications to resolve all customer situations.
-Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First philosophy.
-Must demonstrate leadership qualities
-Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner
-Must be comfortable on the phones for entire shift
-Will work closely with warehouse personnel
-Must work well with others
-Must maintain professionalism at all times
-Bilingual is a HUGE plus
