Right at Home, an exceptionally busy in-home care assistance agency is looking for a Office Manager/Outside Sales Rep to join our fantastic team in the Austin office.

The Office Manager/Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for:
*creating a positive identity for the company through sales calls
*informational in-services, trade shows, and public speaking
*meeting with key decision makers in the health industry
*telephone, written and email communications.
Other responsibilities include:
*overall responsibility for quality while growing the business
*converting service inquiries into consultations
*recruiting, hiring/firing, and staffing
*assisting the organization in providing the highest level of customer service.
Candidates with prior retail and sales experience are encouraged to apply - medical industry experience is not required.
