We're looking for dynamic, artistic personalities with an eye for detail, to provide exceptional customer service and care about the product they're selling. We need capable, hard workers, who exhibit qualities like common sense, punctuality and pride in one's own work & skills. Must be able to take/follow direction. Previous retail experience and hat knowledge is a plus, but a willingness and desire to learn, and enthusiasm for hats/fashion is a must!
Compensation starts at $10.50 per hour, going up to $11.00 per hour after training/probation period. Free on-site parking available for employees. Flexible schedules... we work well around school or other job schedules. Must be available to work (most) weekends. Positions currently available are 12-24 hours per week (with opportunity for more hours, for the right candidate, after training is completed).
