We are looking for an Office Manager to take our customer service to next level. This is a an Office Manager for our call center where our customer's experience is our #1 priority. We would love to have you contributing to our positive culture!

Job Purpose:Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources to our resolution department. Must be comfortable with managing staff and delegating responsibilities.

Duties:

-Must execute on a daily basis.
-Resolve customer's complaint and escalation in a professional fashion with an objective of customer satisfaction via phone
-Develop and improve office process and policies
-Oversees and communicates customer service performance objectives to customer service staff.
-Interfaces with other departments through written and verbal communications to resolve all customer situations.
-Lead interdepartmental administrative functions.
-Provides leadership, guidance and direction to Coaches and Quality Improvement Teams.
-Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First philosophy.
-Must be able to effectively lead and coach others in a professional environment

-Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner
-Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently, as well as with others
-Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Skills/Qualifications:

-Must have phone support experience with emphasis on WOW customer service abilities. Must have 3-5 years of leadership responsibility of 5 or more employees .
-Process Improvement
-Call Center Experience
Must type 45 wpm (typing test will be administered)
Bilingual (Spanish) is a HUGE plus
