Compensation
Starting Pay
$22.00–$25.00 per hour
Based on experience and qualifications.
Target First-Year Earnings
$32,000–$45,000+
Additional earnings are available through performance incentives and sales competitions.

As a Luxury Client Advisor, you’ll:
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality.
Build meaningful relationships with clients.
Learn our designers, collections, and stories.
Help clients discover pieces they’ll treasure for years.
Maintain beautiful showroom presentation.
Support merchandising and daily operations.
Learn CRM, clienteling, and leadership skills that prepare you for future management.
