Hello! I am looking for a rental by owner. I have had issues with getting responses from property management or help from a realtor. So if you are, please do not reach out. I would rather work directly with an owner.
I am in search of a 3 or 4 bed/ 2+ bath home with a fenced yard or property (acreage). The home we are looking for will be $1950 or less per month and an equal or less deposit. We are a family of 3 (all kids are grown except for one) and both of us work full time jobs with an income over $7k total per month.
We have excellent rental/purchase history (no evictions, balances owed) but not so great credit. We do NOT owe utilities, properties, or anything of the like on our credit. I can certainly explain and go over it with the potential landlord.
We have two ESA animals. One mature dog that is over 5 years, fixed, and crate/house broken and one mature cat that is over 2 years, fixed and litter trained. Both are UTD on shots and both have manners and do not destroy property (not even my couches). I can provide the appropriate paperwork you need for this. We have had an ESA for a couple years, even during homeownership, and has nothing to do avoiding a pet deposit.
We will be ready to move either August 1st or September 1st. We do have flexibility and are willing to be flexible for you as needed. We want to be sure the home has property or a fenced yard, AC, a garage if in town, mature trees would be amazing (not a deal breaker) and a porch (front or back of home) would be divine!
