Hi, I'm a single older adult female looking to rent a duplex. I receive a housing voucher around $1300 per month, and currently live in an apartment. I'd like to find a duplex to rent going forward. These aren't as easy to find and even though my current lease runs through May 2026 I'm looking to get a head start. I don't have any pets.
