Seeking a Northwest Hills Fixer Upper property for an investor client of mine.
Ideally a single story home with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and within the Northwest Oaks subdivision would be a big plus.
Any condition is okay and worse condition is preferred because my client likes to add his personal touches
The client I work with can purchase cash and close quickly or offer a short leaseback if needed.
