The house is located on a beautiful tree lined street on Juliet St and has a sizable shaded backyard.
Zilker park, Barton Springs and a host of restaurants and shops including Uchi, Gibsons and The Alamo Drafthouse theatre are all within walking distance.
The room is $444 a month plus one months deposit and the three of us share utilities.
The rent will be pro rated at the move in date.
The Home is furnished already and you will have access to Parking, kitchen utensils, pots and pans as well as a large Private master bathroom with plenty of space.
We are looking for a responsible roommate who is clean, respectful, employed and will pay their bills on time.
There are no pets allowed.
