I’m looking for 1 housemate to share this warm and peaceful home in East Austin, lovingly referred to as Casa Azul. This is a cozy, plant-filled oasis with a healing vibe, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors.
The house is right up the hill from the iconic Sahara Lounge, and the street connects to Greenbelt hiking trails with some of the best panoramic sunset views in Austin. It’s a serene spot, perfect for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, or anyone who appreciates a peaceful and creative environment.

👩🌾 About Me
I live in the casita and tiny house in the backyard, which is separate from the main house. While I enjoy my quiet space, I also love a chill hangout on the front porch from time to time. I’m a clutter minimalist and plant maximalist 🌱, so you’ll find plenty of greenery inside and outside the house.
For work, I direct an arts nonprofit 🎭, and in my free time, I enjoy social dancing 💃, listening to live music 🎶, and biking 🚴♀️ around the neighborhood. I keep shared spaces very clean, with a special focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. I don’t leave dishes out overnight and love resetting the space each week to keep it peaceful and tidy.

🛋️ Minimal furniture (bring your favorite pieces!) I’m open to adding a couch and dining table if needed, but it is already furnished!
The house has wood and tile floors (no carpet), making it easy to clean.

Rent for a private room and shared office and full bath is $1113, all utilities included.
The property is 5 5-bedroom and 3 full baths.
One-year lease
First/Last month's rent and security deposit required.
