Offering a room to rent for $700 all bills paid in mueller, 2 blocks behind the HEB on 51st st. I’m 34 male with a great pyrenees mix 80 pounds. I travel for work quite a bit on a rotating schedule of 3-4 days a week so I’m rarely home. It’d have to be at least a 6 month lease with first months rent and a deposit upfront, 700 rent 700 deposit for a total of $1400 at move in. Looking for someone to live there and just look over the house when I’m gone thus the low rent. Must have a steady job.
