Room with walk-in closet coming open for August 1! Room's for someone that wants to live in a nice, safe, peaceful home with good roommates (house is really nice with a very spacious open common area and modern aesthetics and furniture).

If ya need a spot that's peaceful and quiet, just message me! Roommates tend to stay for years but the leases are flexible, up to you. Oh the wifi's really fast, it's 2G google fiber which is available in this neighborhood so that's great folks love it the upload and download speeds match, unlike with other wifi's.

Smoking outside's totally cool and the guys do enjoy craft beers on the patio here and there after work, none of us have pets, one of the guys is allergic to like pet hair or something so we keep it no pets, sorry! I mean a gerbil would be fine but ya get the idea.
