- My lease ends July 27, at which point you could take over.
- I have two cats whom I love, and they'd want to love you, too.
- The building has all the amenities: two pools, gym, yoga studio, package room, dog park, parking.
- The unit is on the fourth floor, gets lots of light, and is very spacious.
