I own a 4 bed 2 bath house and am seeking a roommate, female, to share my home with. No more pets, as I have a smallish medium sized dog and a cat already. I am looking for someone who is established in their career, pays rent on time, and is a responsible adult that cleans up after themselves, is respectful, and communicative.
I am a pretty chill lady, I work, watch t.v, do arts and crafts, read, visit friends etc. We don’t have to be best friends, but I could always use more friends and would like someone to share a meal with occasionally or a chat.
Most of the roommates I have had end up staying longer than a year. All bills included, including internet. I have google fiber. If your car fits in the garage you get use of that also.
