Very quiet bedroom with no shared walls in the corner of house available now, house is pretty clean and roomies are responsible. Nice backyard area the guys have a drink or a smoke in after work. McKinney Falls (hiking, biking, swimming in the waterfall, camping, state park) is like 4 minutes away, it's awesome to swim there. The internet's fast and this room actually has a hard line in addition to the wifi if you're into gaming and want a hard line.

Neighborhood feels really safe I've had several folks move into here specifically because of that.
