- We have a bomb ass taco truck less than a block away. I know, I know, we are blessed.
- We have maids that come in TWICE a month and do a deep clean of the house (no extra charge) and also everyone has a cleaning duty so the house stays awesome.
- Lawn mowing is done by a company (also no extra charge), so we never have to mow the lawn.
- Landlord takes care of appliances, so no worries on that.
- Leases are month to month, yet guys tend to stay for years, several roommates have been here 3 or 4 years or more, the house is just run really smoothly.
- Cool outdoor area where the guys like to chill and have a beer.
- McKinney Falls (hiking, biking, swimming, camping) is like 4 minutes away, it's AWESOME.
- The Far Out Lounge (cool outdoor live music venue), Southpark Meadows (biggest shopping center in city) and the best HEB in the whole city are all like 9 min away.
- House is pretty quiet and clean, perfect for relaxing.s
The roommates right now are guys in mid 20's to 30's, in tech, gov't, sales, etc. Ideal roommate is someone who doesn't cook too much.
So as far as the place itself, it's clean, new, and chill. Google Fiber internet, no pets, no smoking (outside smoking ok of course). Real peaceful place to come home to. Bills are a flat $100, so the total is $850/month all bills paid and deposit is $600, that's it.
