Big room opening up and we have maids clean house's common areas every 2 weeks or so like the kitchen, living room, bathrooms. Leases are month to month so it's super flexible but roomies been here for yrs, very well managed place, I get great texts from roomies about being a great landlord, even after they move out of state or whatnot.

- House is newer and wifi very fast both up and down, great for video games.
- Very responsible group of peeps, chill vibes.

Roomies enjoy relaxing on backyard patio after a day's work, nice park nearby to go on walks, one of the park's in middle of getting an upgrade too so that'll be cool when it's finished.
