I currently live in a 2 bedroom at the water marq. Rent is increasing from 1400 to 1500 per room and I may be interested in a bigger nicer apartment with more natural lighting and a view of downtown for 1750 a roommate. I'd also be open to a possible different apartment complex, although I will say the water marq has fabulous amenities and a great community of residents.

Made a lot of great friends here. Move in date would be 3/24 and this can be flexible. My lovely roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so we could discuss a different move in date.

I've lived at this complex for 2 years going on 3. This apartment has nice high efficiency W/D, a very large patio that you can access from 3 different rooms. Bathrooms are large! The furniture I would need to either buy or you have is a TV stand (my big screen does mount to the wall), bar stools, some more wall art. I have everything else, but open to changing this up.I'm 29 and have been doing neuromonitoring for 5-6 years now.

I'm and pretty active and really enjoy rock climbing, hiking, weight lifting, acro yoga, dancing, cooking, drinking wine, etc. I'm fairly clean and like to keep things organized, no clutter. I don't keep the house perfect by any means, but I do know it's important to clean as I go. I'd hopefully find a roommate who can clean a little bit every day. I ideally like to keep dishes cleaned within the same day or next day.

I have a 10 year old siberian husky, shayla and a 3 year old tabby cat. Shay can be alpha with most dogs, so it's better if you are dog free. If you think we'd be a good fit, message me and we can meet for some coffee or I can show you the potential apartment(s). Happy to answer any other questions you may have.
