You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, access to shared kitchen/living spaces, in-unit laundry, and a relaxed home environment. We will have the room cleaned and bathroom/closet cleaned and cleared before move-in. Apartment is shared with a couple in our mid-20s. I’m currently studying public health and working, and my boyfriend works as a chef. We’re pretty easygoing, clean, and mostly keep to ourselves but enjoy good conversation and a peaceful atmosphere.
We do have two very friendly cats, so cat lovers are a plus. We occasionally cook at home, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with that environment.
Lease application/background check through property management required (application fee around $100). Move-in date June 1st or ASAP. Message with a little about yourself, work/school schedule, and what kind of living environment you’re looking for.
