I have chosen a peaceful lifestyle. I wouldn't change it for anything or anyone.
I found my life by making a lot of mistakes.
I have a two bedroom apartment close to downtown that I would like "help" with keeping it clean and in order.
I would prefer an older person that can appreciate an opportunity to share a place that allows for growth and forgetting the past.
I'm an older man of 69 that doesn't walk as well as I would like, but I take care of myself. I cook, clean, do my laundry, and anything it takes to keep this place going.
I've been taking care of the place myself for quite some time, but I would like to spend more time reading, riding my 3 wheel e scooters, and enjoying the final chapter of my life.
I'm looking for a kind hearted woman that has a good personality, humor, self respect, respect for others, and no open hatred for exes and others.
It's a nice place that is comfortable and safe. Very quiet and peaceful environment. I've been here for 12 years.
I love this place and want to make it so nice and beautiful that when I pass I want to come back here instead of heaven.
Do I like all my neighbors? Absolutely not. That's true of anywhere, but especially where all your neighbors are old.
You would pay utilities only which never go above $200.00 per month. The $200.00 is a set fee, it won't go up or down. I cover the rent.
HEB, Target, and Walmart are all very close by.
I have a sunroom so pets wouldn't work out due to the plants.
It's a small but comfortable room with queen bed, new mattresses, new pillows and sheets, new comforter set, ceiling fan, large custom mirrors, a walk-in closet, wifi , and 55" wall mounted tv.
I prefer not to have a hermit.
This is a place that a person can be themselves, kick their shoes off, and have a calm experience while your are here.
I don't want drama, don't do drama, and avoid it at all costs.
Save for your own place, find yourself, or just enjoy a stress free lifestyle. Leave the world at the door and relax.
No heavy drinkers or hard drug users.
I don't need a deposit as I paid one long ago.
This is a place of refuge and I would like someone that can add to the harmony.
I truly believe that someone that has a job or goes to school outside the home would work out best.
This isn't a place for rehab. This isn't a place to run from your problems or past. This is a place that a person could and should be happy about today, tomorrow, and months down the road.
Lastly, and I shouldn't have to say it, but this isn't a nursing home environment. Each of us would be on their own. We can both keep this place nice and clean, but our personal lives should be our own.
If you work do your part of the cleaning before you go or after you get off.
This low rent in Austin is unusual for this city, but hopefully it will encourage someone that would like a nice and comfortable place and can appreciate it with their own efforts to keep it nice.
The $200.00 will go towards all utilities and the rent will be covered by me, and the serenity is up to you.
Obviously a background check will be done which I'll pay for.

The only thing better than having happiness and independence, a sense of gratitude, and a thankful approach to life, is a friend to share it with.
A good home isn't nice furniture, it's good people.
One day someone will see this place as crazy nice and I will have found a friend.
One day someone would like to wake up to a nice cup of coffee and smile knowing life is great and could be worse.
Maybe someone else like me feels lucky to have chances in life.
The two 3 wheel e scooters I have you are welcome to use for errands and joy rides.
Phone your orders in and pick them up curbside. It's fun.
One day I'll be a good gardener, one day I'll be a good listener, and maybe one day I'll find a friend that might help me be a better person.
I believe a good person here could add to a place that I want to be beautiful.
I wish I wasn't lonely. I wish I knew someone that could make me laugh. Make me smile.
I want a friend.
