Me and my roommate of 5 years, Greg, enjoy plenty of space for meditation, reading, writing, studying and such. No radio blaring. We love community mindfulness. CLEANLINESS rules here.

We love animals but have none right now. I'm open. We enjoy fresh air and open windows most of the time except when it's too hot or too cold. AC is always on for our long summers. The furnace is excellent in the winters.
REQUESTS OF YOU:
• That you be mature, self-aware and willing to be honest with yourself and others. The feeling here is that of safety. No “elephants in the room" here.
• We have shoes off in the house.
• Fragrance and chemical free household. We use natural products for everything. Most colognes and perfumes are pretty toxic but many are not like at healthy food stores.
• We are "green" as in conservative with utilities, recycling, minimal water use, etc.
I bought this mobile home in 2015 and renovated it in a green and non-toxic manner. It feels like a regular house! Custom window sills, filtered water, modern appliances: new washer, and dryer, 1 gigabyte Wi-Fi, central gas furnace/AC, new ceiling fans, LED light fixtures and more.
We have a small garden on the side yard. Nothing growing here yet but you could start one?
There is an attached porch with a hammock for hangin.
