Great House. Please Call or Text, lots of Scams here unfortunately and won't respond to emails.
This is for a Large 16x12 room and private bathroom and another Large (room or office) and or (second room) in my home located in Avery Ranch.
The Devil is in the Details. Look first at how big the room is you rent. This also has a large walk-in closet and dresser. The private Bathroom is located right next to the room also downstairs.

The Avery Ranch Community is a great area because we are close to all the "major" roadways to get in and around Austin. Hwy 1 (Mopac), 183, 35, 620 and the Tollway(45) is just down the road as well to avoid traffic at certain times is helpful.
