I am 39 year old software engineer that works from home. I have one dog that is highly friendly but tends to stick to me. I'm looking for a roommate or ideally a live in house keeper who I would be willing to supplement rent in exchange for help keep the place clean. As I suffer from depression and keeping the place clean on top of everything else I have going on can be overwhelming. The room is a private bedroom with finger print smart lock, a walk in closet and private bath, with the ability to be fully furnished if needed at no extra cost. Rent includes access to the pool and hot tub, utilities, access to streaming services, access to the common areas, access to in home theatre.
Ideally for a roommate I would prefer a female due to prior experiences but I am open to males. Bonus points if you are a gamer or watch anime but not required of course. Prefer someone who is pet friendly because I have a dog. Sociable is a plus but not required, I do ask that you respect the space and do not invite numerous guest or throw unscheduled parties.
If interested in the live in house keeper duties would include keeping the common areas clean, of course cleaning up after yourself, bonus points if you can cook, although I also used to be a professional chef so I can cook if need be.
