The place isn't fancy, but it's quiet and in a great location. It's an older fourplex, and has its quirks. But it's near West Gate and Jones, so most of the time you can hop on Ben White/71 and avoid MoPark and 35. There is all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and just about anything you need within a mile or two. There are two cats in the home, and both of them love everyone. You can park right in front of the door--no garage and elevators and concierge or any of that crap. Bottom floor, great landlord who respects your privacy.
