It would be incredible how much money we'd save by splitting the rent and utilities. I'm a nice, clean, independent, hardworking guy with a good job and a darn good cook, too. You be like-minded and of course have a steady job and be considerate of each other. I'm a bi-sexual man that would like to meet first and see if there's some compatibility and see if we click. I'm very open-minded. Hope there's someone out there who might be thinking like me. It's all about saving money and having more expendable cash. It's so expensive to rent a nice place here in Austin, even a one bedroom. Thanks.
