If I find anyone disrespect my dog or cat I will not tolerate it and it will be one for sure quick way to get evicted. If you are allergic to cats or animals this is not the place for you. I do have a full size/ queen size blow up mattress that sets off the floor about two and a half feet really nice mattress if a bed is needed. I have a small coffee bar station in the kitchen with an espresso maker and a coffee machine you are more than welcome to several different brands of coffee I have at no charge;) I also love to cook and you may find me asking you or knocking on your door or me finding you at on the porch relaxing and ask you if you would like a plate, you're not obligated to eat with me you can take it outside or eat at the bar however I do ask to please not eat in bedrooms, reason for this is I have a phobia with roaches and I take preventative precautions to not have that problem:) the location is great you're close to Pflugerville you're close to round Rock also to Austin get to the arboretum we have everything you need within a 5-mile radius.
