Rent: $536/mo (prorated, I locked in this price with a special that they were running at the time) with an addition of utilities that is split evenly between all roomates. WIFI is included in the rent price. Utilities are extra on top, it’s split evenly between all the roomates in the unit.
This is a 4bed4bath, and rent is charged per bed/bath. The rent for one bed/bath in the 4bed/4bath ia 536$ per month. There is currently only one other roomate in this unit, who is renewing their lease for the 5th year. The other two rooms are currently empty.
Not in a rush to sublet, but my parents are letting me move back in to their house and I’d rather save up the extra rent money to pay off my tuition for whenever I get into a sonography program and complete my ARDMS associates degree. I have lived in this general area for a year already, I love all of the shops and restaurants and walking on the LBL trail. Super convenient for me, but I want to pay off my tuition as soon as possible after graduating
