The room available is on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom. Currently unfurnished but could discuss furnishing the room if preferred. House has a large gated backyard and is located near Southpark Meadows.
Looking for a short term or long term roommate. Prefer to start with a 3 month lease but can always extend from there. Friendly, responsible, and a non-smoker. Unfortunately, not looking for any pets in the house at this time.
