The room size is large, at around 18 x 18 feet minimum as this is a converted two-car garage.
You also must be okay with no smoking, no weed inside or anywhere on the property. The house is not pet-friendly.
This unit is fully furnished garage with a full bed, nigh stand, table, chair, book shelf and couch.
The room temperature is controlled by a central HVAC where the air conditioner blows cold and the heater blows hot. This is the room closest to the air pumps for heating and cooling.
This room has 2 windows that do not open. The garage door is restricted from being opened as it is insulated with extra aluminum styrofoam sheets.. The Hvac unit access is in this room so in the case of a filter change or technician needing access, we need someone who will be ok with entry to room for maintenance.
The bathroom is shared with a professional male in his 40's with a 7-8am wake-up schedule and 9-10pm sleep routine. The bathroom is compact with a walk-in shower.
You'd be situated on the first floor next to the laundry machines, then a dining area next to the kitchen that is seldom used and used individually by one of 4 other renters at a time.
The shared kitchen includes microwave, roaster oven, regular oven, coffee maker, water kettle, 1 large and 1 small shared fridges.
There is a large fenced backyard and grill that is welcome for use during normal daytime hours between 7am - 10pm ideally.
The home is within a 10-minute walking distance to Starbucks, Whataburger, Woodrows Bar and Grill and is a 15-minute walking distance from HEB,
Maintaining cleanliness matters since common areas and the kitchen are shared among you and 4 others. It is expected that you help take out the trash and recycling on Sunday evenings. Keeping shared spaces clean such as a clear sink and countertops are an expectation.

All utilities included (gas, water, electricity, wifi, pest control, etc.) - utilities typically add $100+/- to costs, higher during summer.
