This is a clean quiet place. No parties, no loud music, no drugs, no pets etc...just a cool chill place to live and rest for everyone. Ideal tenant is tidy and doesn’t cook too much. This is the best Value on Craigslist (not the Cheapest, but the best Value for what you get. This is a beautiful home that landlord runs REALLY well). Landlord runs it more like a business. Maintenance taken care of ASAP and he runs eviction and criminal history checks so roomies are always cool. This is month to month but the average tenant stays around 3 years because they like the place. Its not a revolving door type place. You can always feel free to have a friend or two over, but only one person can live in the room and no parties etc.
Lease is 3 months, Room is Ready for Immediate Move in, if Ad is Up we still have the room. For all current and future tenants safety and fit we do run a Criminal Background check. No Prior evictions Required. No Smoking inside or Outside the house please. House is fully furnished and kitchen stocked with Utensils, room is unfurnished. This is a great house, new, big, nice, clean. $500 Deposit due at Move in. RENT is $700+$100 for your share of Utilities. So total comes to an even $800 per month and you never have to collect from roommates or anything like that, landlord takes care of it.
