House has 2.5 bathrooms. Very chill, non-smoking, musician/artist friendly environment. The common areas of the house are fully furnished to accommodate. During the pandemic, I built a complete recording studio/ performance room which will be respectfully put to good use. We’re looking for a chill, non smoking, responsible and respectful individual to share our home.
The house also has a big back yard and a huge kitchen pantry area. Very clean and cozy living environment. Plenty of street or driveway parking. There is also a public pool that we have access to which I haven’t taken advantage of yet but plan on doing so next year. We are very close to Southpark Meadows with a new HEB and countless other stores. We are about a 15 minute drive to downtown (with heavy traffic) and a 10 minute drive to the airport. McKinney Falls Park is about 2 miles away which is also amazing. There are 2 convenient stores within walking distance as well. All around great neighborhood and good place to live.
