We have a large room (13*12) with high ceilings and large windows in Hyde Park available from July 1st (unfurnished). Room has it's own private entrance. Conveniently located close to UT, grocery stores and various restaurants. $500/month + utilities ~$150.

Being long term tenants and having a good relationship with owners, we are fortunate to live relatively cheaper than most of the nearby rented homes. In past, we have had a good ratio of both m&f roommates living in the house. Currently there are 3 males (late30's/early 40's).

You will have your own private room with a shared bath. We all have professional jobs and are usually busy with work lives, our severe party days are over. Looking for someone who is considerate of personal space, keep common areas clean and help maintain our peaceful vibes. Ideal fit would be a professional or a Grad student/TA.

$400 deposit + $40 application fee. If required, landlord is willing to offer an initial short term lease, then monthly onwards. No smokers please.
