About us:
Eli has a Biohacking YouTube Channel and likes soccer and reading. Eddie is a personal trainer and likes fitness. Andrew was in the movie industry but now works at Specs and sells cigars. The old roommate was great but he went to get married. So, we are looking for someone new.
About the house:
- All bills included.
- Fully furnished.
- Fully stocked kitchen.
- Safe Neighborhood
- 12 minutes from downtown without traffic.
- Queen-size bed.
- Rebuilt down to the studs in 2006.
- High speed internet
- Paramount, Peacock, Netflix, Hulu ...
If your friends swing by, they can stay on our queen bed in the office, or on our full-sized couches that can comfortably fit two 6' 5" people comfortably.
About getting the room:
You will go through an interview process with us. I care more about the fact that everyone is cool with each other than about filling up the rooms. Although, due to the excellent value, the room should fill quickly. We take care of each other and want everyone to be happy and safe here.
Rent is $900, month-to-month, all bills included, and there is no long-term contract commitment. Please note: you would be sharing a bathroom with a male roommate.
