Looking for a roommate who is interested in living in a creative space. I have a music studio/practice space in 1/4 of the downstairs portion of the house. There are 2 other living areas in addition to that which can be reorganized to suite everyones needs. 4 bed, 2.5 bath, Large backyard, open floor plan.

I have a little pug, Peppo, who loves people and most animals.

There is a large green space with hiking/mountain biking trails in the middle of the neighborhood. There is also a community pool you we have access to. Just down the street from a handful of night life establishments, bars/venues if you are into that.
