This is a 3 bd 2bth duplex (one side) you would have your own bathroom. Rent is 700 a month. All bills paid. Refundable deposit of 700 is due upfront. The deposit is not for damage to the rooms unless you put a hole in the wall or burn the carpets…or if you skip out entirely. Utilities (COA and SPECTRUM INTERNET. Pets welcome (additional deposit). I already have a small dog and a cat…they must be able to co exist. She gets along with cats and other dogs.
