I'm sharing my 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom house. It is a nice place with a pool. I have fitness gear, M1 tank, Airdyne pro, kettlebells, barbell and weights, and more. One min away is a huge sports club with 95 acres, and walking trails all throughout. Five mins away is a food court with more than a dozen food trucks. It is quiet, with negligible car traffic or tail pipe pollution. Plenty of parking. It is in North Austin, 2 mins away from Live Oak Elementary, 8607 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, TX 78729.
I have a bedroom upstairs, a very large room downstairs (15 x 21), and a master suite with an attached bathroom. The rooms are fully furnished.
If you are a couple and would like to share one room (or two!), we can discuss it.
Utilities will cover internet (we have three for redundancy), electricity, gas, free car charging for electric vehicles, pool usage, common items for bath, kitchen, laundry (bath rolls, paper towels, hand soap, shower gel, cleaning supplies, laundry liquid, dishwashing soap, pods for dishwasher, etc). Utilities are extra.
Note: If you have some skills/talents that are useful to me, I'm open to discussing a lower rent.
