Hey everyone! I’m looking to rent 1 of the rooms in my home in South Austin it is located near Mary Moore Searight Park, major shopping centers and entertainment! Nestled in the heart of south Austin, this home has a Large shaded back yard, extended deck & beautiful mature trees. We are offering 1 room with shared full bath. There is an additional half bath downstairs.
The room its self is pretty big (150sqft) it’s a room that’s going to work great for someone that works from home and needs the extra space as an office. It will comes furnished with the furniture that you see in the pictures!
Lots of natural light with an open floor plan. Big back yard and we just put in new hot tub that is covered for privacy.
