Looking for a female housemate to lease the larger back room w/ a private bath in this adorable 3/2 house. The room is currently available and the lease term is through 7/31/26. You must be able to pass a background check.
My current housemate in the smaller room w/ shared bath took a job out of state so she is currently subletting her room also. I am happy to provide more info on it!
The Room:
Larger back room: Unfurnished, ample closet space, has private bathroom, and a private back door that opens to the backyard. Excellent natural light. Rent is $900 plus utilities.
The House:
-Utilities (electric, gas, internet) average to about $100/month when divided between the tenants
-No pets, sorry :( Two sweet cats live here already
-Common areas are already furnished
-Open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher
-Huge backyard with a deck and fire pit
-Garage for storage
-Situated perfectly in central east Austin, easily accessible from I35 and Airport Blvd, walking distances from the football and baseball stadiums, and very close to downtown/Red River District/E 6th.
The Current Housemate:
I just turned 40 and am a therapist working at a private practice in Round Rock, mostly working outside of the house (occasionally WFH) and have a pretty standard work schedule. I’m a laid back and considerate housemate, and communicate openly regarding household chores and other needs with the house. I love going out to shows, hitting up restaurants nearby, and just taking it easy at the house.
The preference is to find a housemate roughly of a similar age range, has a similar schedule, and is respectful towards the house and is easy to get along with.
