We are looking for someone to live with who both enjoys there privacy and who also appreciates having folks around who will lend a hand when needed and vice a versa . We are all working and busy with things we enjoy ( music, art , nature, dance, meditation, swimming, biking, reading…)
The room coming available has a park view and is approx 11x13 , it has a small closet . It is upstairs and is a shared bathroom, kitchen , washer/dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen .
There is also an infrared sauna and outdoor shower( hot/cold).
The house is situated on a 100 acre nature preserve, it is very quiet and peaceful.
There are two tiny houses in the back . . There are 5 of us , age ranging from 28-57 . I have been renting rooms here for 20 plus years and manage the property well. It stays clean and uplifting because everyone is very respectful of cleaning after themselves in the kitchen , share bathroom cleaning etc..
the room comes available towards the end of December. I’m askimg $850 abp ( google internet) month to month lease .
We do not use fragrances of any kind ( soaps /dryer sheets/ cleaning supplies all natural)
