We are looking for someone to live with who both enjoys their privacy and who also appreciates having folks around who will lend a hand when needed and vice a versa . We are all working and busy with things we enjoy ( music, art , nature, dance, meditation, swimming, biking, reading…)
The room coming available has a park view and is approx 11x13 , it has a small closet . It is upstairs and is a shared bathroom, kitchen , washer/dryer.
There is also an infrared sauna and outdoor shower( hot/cold).
The house is situated on a 100 acre nature preserve, it is very quiet and peaceful. In a quiet neighborhood.
There are two tiny houses in the back and the garage is its own separate apt . . There are 6 of us living here on the property, age ranging from 28-57 . I have been renting rooms here for 20 plus years .
I’m asking $850 abp ( google internet) month to month lease . $200 deposit.
I cannot tolerate unnatural perfumes and fragrances . I’m also not offering a work place, you need to work elsewhere.
We have a very harmonious household and look forward to finding a person who enjoys a peaceful home. I do ask for references.
