The smaller adjoining unit is occupied by a quiet young couple on the opposite side.
This side was originally built for the owners and offers generous space and complete independence for short-term guests.
🎶 Creative Environment
The main living area functions as a professional music studio featuring grand pianos and recording equipment — the heart of my teaching and creative work.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the artistic atmosphere, but the studio and instruments are reserved for instruction and professional use.
For verified musicians, a digital piano can be provided in-room upon request.

The suite is currently unfurnished, allowing flexibility for guests who prefer to bring their own setup or use it as a workspace.
Furnishings can be added upon request for longer or premium stays.
For extended guests (1+ month), a standard background check through the landlord may be required.

Guests are welcomed at Central Market Westgate and escorted to the home for orientation.
Private room key provided; main entry remains secured.
