Looking for 1 individual to fill the upstairs area of a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2 story house. (2320 Square Feet)

I run background check and require you make 3x the rent.
Would like to get individuals who have good chemistry and preferably know each other. Will communicate with current tenants (you) when bringing in someone new to make sure there is a good fit.
Ok with it being an all female or all male house, if that is the preference.
House is located in Southeast Austin near McKinney Falls State Park.
The home is separated into 4 rooms as follows:
Master – Downstairs with private bathroom and access to common areas. (350 SF private area) (Filled - Male)
Unit A – Downstairs bedroom shared bathroom and access to common areas. (175 SF private area) (Filled - Male)
Unit B – Downstairs bedroom shared bathroom and access to common areas. (175 SF private area) (Filled - Male)
Unit C – Upstairs bedroom and loft area with private bathroom and access to common areas. (502.5 SF private area) $950 per month

Common areas are the Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Front/Back Yard, and Laundry Room.
You will have access to community pool and park.
6-month minimum lease agreement, month to month thereafter.
Pets may be allowed upon landlord approval and will require a pet deposit.
