I have a nice apartment in the Lakeline mall area. It in a prime locations to everything. We would have to share a restroom but its pretty big. What I'm looking for is a female who is just looking for a room to rent out. Must have a job or go to school. About me I'm 44 but people say I look 30. I also have no kids. I work nights four days a week and off all weekends. I'm very clean and have no pets. I go to the gym 3 days a weeks and do spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I'm from Austin and I do have a bachelors degree. If interested tell me about yourself and what your looking for.

The computer and stuff in the room will be moved. I have no extra furniture
