Downstairs is the living area, kitchen and master bed room and bathroom and upstairs is 3 bedrooms with a bathroom.
I work out of state 6 months out of the year and am looking for someone who will rent the entire upstairs 3 bedrooms, with the biggest benefit is that you would have the entire house to yourself for 6 months of the year.
When I am home I stay downstairs in the master bedroom and living area and like to cook.
I am a 41 year old male that splits his time at home and at my girlfriends house down the road.
I need a roommate that is responsible and takes care of my house when I am gone, pays bills on time and keeps it very clean.
The upstairs will be yours and the downstairs will be mine and we will share the kitchen and living room. Both the master bedroom downstairs and the upstairs master are the same size.
I am social and am active in sports and get along with just about everyone. I do not like a lot of people at the house and do not like to host big parties due to the wear and tear it causes on the house.
I need a professional that can afford this and is not late on rent.
Minimum year lease will be 1 year and is 1800$ for the three upstairs rooms and we would split bills.
No dogs or cats unless they are hypoallergenic and there would be a pet fee for pets.
