HEB/Costco/Sprouts/Walmart/downtown Kyle/ I-35. Easy access to I-35 and 1626, Just 12 miles from Texas State University, San Marcos and 20 miles from Downtown Austin.
*I am looking for a 6 month to long term, responsible, working professional, who works outside the home.
*Room can come partially furnished or unfurnished. Ceiling fan and BLACK OUT Curtains. You also have laundry and light kitchen privileges.
*I am seeking a quiet and considerate tenant. Must be Drug free, no smoking or Vape Use in home.
