I’m offering a furnished bedroom, with a shared bathroom in a brand new house.
All inclusive for $850 monthly in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
For the $850, the rent and all the other bills are included: rent, water, electricity, internet, trash, gas, use of washer and dryer.
I’m looking for someone that’s willing to sign a month to month lease contract for liability reason, but you can sign out of the lease at any time without paying penalties with at least 30 days notice.
It is a 2,600 square feet (two floors) brand new house with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs are three bedrooms including the one I’m offering, a bathroom with two sinks, a big game room furnished with a living room set, tv, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, small fridge to safe snacks and beverages.
Downstairs is located my room, spacious kitchen, leaving room, dinner room, 1/2 bathroom, washer and dryer.
I have a small patio with a big back yard.
The house is located in a new safe community with a big pool, trails with fishing ponds to hike.
I don’t have pets and looking for someone without pets.
I’m looking for a single person, (no couples) someone friendly, clean, organize, respectful, communicative and responsible with the bills.
We are three single guys living in the house, my two other roommates have their own room at the second floor and share the bathroom, the new roommate will share the bathroom with them. My roommates are very quiet, friendly, respectful, clean and organized guys.
