House: Fully furnished, upgraded, contemporary, single-story. 3Bd/2Ba, w/d, A/C, hardwood throughout, modern stainless appliances, heat pump, plenty of parking, fully fenced and landscaped and irrigated back yard, walk to Lago Vista middle school, community park, and Brookshire’s. Private beach, community center, athletic facility, pool, and board ramps for residents only.
Dogs are welcome but not ones with bad/lazy owners.
Tenant responsibilities: Clean it properly because you live there. Mow the lawn. Collect the mail. Defend against evil.
Owner: Executive with adult kids and wife died. I’ll take care of all utilities and maintenance. I might visit the house ~once a month. Will keep personal possessions on the property.
Option 1: Rent a bedroom and share with another renter/s plus me even though I’ll almost never be there.
Option 2: Rent all except one bedroom and I’ll keep that and visit very infrequently.
Option 3: Rent the entire house and I’ll simply visit to do maintenance and grab things from my storage trailer.
